International Workers' Day, also known as May Day, is a holiday celebrated worldwide to commemorate the labor leaders and groups who went on strike in 1886 in Chicago's Haymarket Square to demand an eight-hour workday and sacrificed their lives for the cause. Today, it is an important annual holiday that recognizes the significant contributions of workers to society and the economy.
Over the past 29 years, VSO has overcome twice market transformation and all challenges throughout the process, thanks to the contributions of every team member. We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, therefore, being respectful to them and creating a people-oriented working environment have been the key values of VSO Group's management philosophy. JiAn VSO, upholding the following principles of self-dependent innovation, safe manufacture, and balanced labor relations, as well as the effort on energy saving and carbon reduction, was recommended by the General Labor Union and received the Labor Day Honor of JiAn City in April 2023. This award recognizes our outstanding leadership, environmental protection efforts, and contributions to local society and economy.
