VSO Named to the 2026 Taiwan FINI 100 “Best-in-Class Companies” List

2026.09.02

VSO Electronics Co., Ltd. has been recognized in the “Taiwan Best-in-Class Companies” category of the 2026 Taiwan FINI 100 awards, announced by the Taiwan Institute of Directors (TWIOD), placing among 125 selected mid-cap companies nationwide.

Now in its fifth year, the Taiwan FINI 100 has been published since 2019 by TWIOD and the Corporate Development Research Center (CDRC), evaluating Taiwan-listed, OTC, and emerging-market companies through the lens of global institutional investors — weighing foreign shareholding trends, fundamentals, corporate governance, and sustainability performance. It is Taiwan’s first award directly linked to foreign investor perspectives. The “Best-in-Class Companies” category, introduced in 2024, spotlights mid-sized firms whose growth and profitability rival large-cap peers; this year’s 125 honorees carry an average market cap of roughly NT$8.7 billion, with 93 newly selected.

According to the organizer’s published data, VSO ranked 106th on this year’s list, posting a 2023–2025 revenue CAGR of 20%, a 2025 net margin of 8%, and a 2025 ROE of 13% — reflecting steady growth alongside solid profitability in its core connector and wire/cable assembly business.

The recognition affirms VSO’s corporate governance, growth potential, and profitability from a foreign-investor perspective, and is expected to further raise the company’s visibility in international capital markets. VSO will continue strengthening its technology roadmap and governance practices as it works toward greater scale and global competitiveness.
